Printing at a photo counter

Save the 4×6 image to Photos and order a standard 4×6 print (Walgreens, CVS, Walmart, Costco and others). Upload it as is: no cropping, zooming or borders. Then cut along the grey lines.

Printing at home

Use Print in the app and choose your paper size. Set scale to 100% / Actual Size and turn off "Fit to page". Print the size test page first and measure the 2×2 in box with a ruler.

My photo is the wrong size

The printer or lab scaled it. For home printing, check the 100% setting. For photo counters, make sure you ordered 4×6 and turned off auto-crop or "fill".

Restore my purchase

Open About (or the print screen) and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the Apple ID you bought with.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Will my photo be accepted?

Passnap follows each document's official rules and links the source, but rules change and acceptance is decided by the issuing authority. Check your government's current requirements before you apply.
